Supports the Strategic and Tactical Business Plan through effective demand planning of designated customer market channels and segment category to support KPI achievement. Performs analysis and performance management in the areas of demand forecast to sales forecast alignment, sales & POS trends, customer and company service metrics, and inventory position. Acts as project lead for customer initiatives. Provides ongoing performance updates to leadership and planning teams. Follows best practice in day to day execution.
