This marketing expert will lead cross-functional teams throughout the business to develop strategies and programs to increase sales to their assigned  Home Improvement Retail Channel.  The role works closely with Product Management, Sales, Project Management and other departments throughout the organization.  Candidates with excellent communication skills, creativity, project management experience and a strong marketing or sales background are ideal for this dynamic role.


Key Result Areas:

  1. Channel Support. Participates in the development and delivery of customer presentations, line reviews and new program opportunities.
  2. Marketing Liason/Support. Communicates regularly with the Marketing staff to provide information, answer questions, and assist with issues.
  3. Market Plan Development/Management. Develops, implements, and monitors marketing plans to ensure the achievement of objectives.
  4. Market Research. Coordinates ongoing market and competitive research to identify consumer needs as well as understand the changes in the industry to improve the company’s position in the market place.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or the equivalent in education and experience.



  1. Four years related experience in retail distribution channels.
  2. Knowledge of the hardware industry is strongly preferred.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft office software systems.
  4. Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
