Overview

Coordinates and facilitates sales initiatives pertaining to new programs for Hillman customers. Works directly with other business organizations to ensure execution of request and ensures accuracy of requests.  

Responsibilities

Key Results Areas (KRA’s):

 

1. Administration

  • Executes on department procedures and maintains knowledge of department procedures
  • Responds to requests timely and schedules according to procedures
  • Audits requests for accuracy and works with requester to ensure accuracy
  • Manages program requirements to meet goals
  • Coordinates program requirements with business units
  • Coordinates 3rd party initiatives

 

2. Communication

  • Communicates schedule with business units
  • Communicates program details and requirements
  • Coordinates weekly business unit communications
  • Communicates with requester on program status
  • Escalates issues to management team

 

 3. Sales Support

  • Tracks program initiatives
  • Supplies analytics pertaining to program requests
  • Retains electronic copies of required documents according to procedures
  • Assists with inquiries through multiple communication channels

 

 

4. Business Support

  • Retains and maintains newest version of documents
  • Drives and supports continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Education:

High School diploma or GED equivalent is required; College degree or equivalent in education and work experience with formal sales training preferred.

 

Qualifications:

  • Customer service or call center experience is preferred.
  • Good presentation skills and ability to communicate information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate requirements and technical information.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications (i.e. MS Office Suite), and ability to learn in-house software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities; maintain composure under stressful conditions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects
