The HRIS Intern will work closely with multiple areas of Human Resources to provide support of the day-to-day operations, special projects and initiatives. The HRIS intern will be exposed to a wide array of HRIS platforms and functions including but not limited to: XML form design, Data importing tools (SFTP, XML, CSV), workflow mapping and auditing, SQL based report editor, access control and organization design.
Intern will be exposed to sensitive company and personal information requiring the highest levels of discretion and responsibility. The intern position will interact with the entire HR organization as well as a variety of leadership and team members from other internal groups. The ability to interpret data and communicate its meaning and impact will be important to the intern’s success.
Assist in development and deployment of benefits open enrollment programs and communications
Student in a certified undergraduate or graduate program in a related field is required
Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel
