    Coordinates a variety of sales projects and supports Walmart team efforts to achieve sales and profit goals. Maintains positive relationships with Walmart store(s) and Field Service team.

    Responsibilities

    Key Result Areas (KRAs):

    Field Service Support

     

    • Communicates directly with Hillman Fields Managers and Representatives.
    • Primary point of contact/communication for Walmart in-store service and execution
    • Maintains customer plan-o-grams and ensure store accuracy on product refreshes.
    • Works directly with Field Service team to drive POS and in-store opportunities

    Customer Relations Support

     

    • Works with Walmart store operations team to support program changes
    • Primary point of contact for Walmart Customer Support and Field Service
    • Seeks, identifies, and communicates in-store sales opportunities with Walmart

    Walmart Team Leader Support

     

    • Provide sales assistance to Walmart team lead
    • Manages and extracts critical KPI’s from Retail Link
    • Supports Walmart Team Lead on quarterly business reviews and product line reviews

    Report Production

    • Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing information from various sources and distributing to the proper groups
    • Maintains and distributes weekly POS sales data

    Support Development

    • Learns and maintains up to date knowledge of company products and programs.
    • Develops and maintains internal customer database and works with Data Management Group.
    • Assists with yearly budgetary and forecast model.
    • Coordinates and communicates with various departments within the organization.

    Qualifications

    • 4 year Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of three years related experience selling and supporting “big box” accounts.
    • Knowledge of hardware items.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point.
    • Strong presentation and sales negotiation skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
    • Able to travel overnight, to include air travel.
    • Must have and maintain a valid driver license.
