Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Field Service Support
- Communicates directly with Hillman Fields Managers and Representatives.
- Primary point of contact/communication for Walmart in-store service and execution
- Maintains customer plan-o-grams and ensure store accuracy on product refreshes.
- Works directly with Field Service team to drive POS and in-store opportunities
Customer Relations Support
- Works with Walmart store operations team to support program changes
- Primary point of contact for Walmart Customer Support and Field Service
- Seeks, identifies, and communicates in-store sales opportunities with Walmart
Walmart Team Leader Support
- Provide sales assistance to Walmart team lead
- Manages and extracts critical KPI’s from Retail Link
- Supports Walmart Team Lead on quarterly business reviews and product line reviews
- Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing information from various sources and distributing to the proper groups
- Maintains and distributes weekly POS sales data
- Learns and maintains up to date knowledge of company products and programs.
- Develops and maintains internal customer database and works with Data Management Group.
- Assists with yearly budgetary and forecast model.
- Coordinates and communicates with various departments within the organization.
