    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    Key responsibilities include performing in-depth data analysis and communicating results and recommendations to Field Sales organization and cross-functional teams across the business.  

     

    • Continuous evaluation of financial feasibility of the business strategy
    • Identifying opportunities to increase profitability of existing accounts by; investigating sales and margin performance, risk evaluation, pricing parameters.
    • Provide expertise of the financial model; focusing on unleveraged, leveraged cost and margin analysis
    • Build annual Budgets and quarterly Forecast for Sales, RD&A, Operating Expenses
    • Understand the Sales relations to market factors; regression and correlation analysis
    • Analyze market, POS and monitor trends for monthly Sales forecast
    • Continuous support on pricing strategy for new/existing customers to balance competitiveness with profitability (PCRs)
    • Publish monthly reporting for Field Sales organization such as:
      • Territory/Region Sales Reporting
      • Territory/Region T&E Reporting

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience:

    • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration either in Accounting, Finance, and Economics.
    • 2 years+ accounting or finance required related experience.

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

    • Above average computer skills, primarily Excel. Proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
    • Worked / Obtain knowledge on ERP systems; preferred E1 JDE
    • Experienced with Microsoft Analytical Systems or Hyperion (not required)
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven track record of challenging status quo and driving business performance through financial analytics
