The eCommerce Channel Manager will manage the day-to-day sales and operations execution across eCommerce retailers. For pure play retailers (Amazon, Build.com, etc.), this role will be responsible for collaborating and supporting the VP of .com sales by leveraging digital best practices including product content, sku rationalization, new item set up, digital marketing promotions and reviews. For retailers with eCommerce capabilities, this role serves as a consultant to the Channel/Sales teams to drive omni-channel objectives including: new digital tools/capabilities and leverage digital best practices to improve in-store and online conversions.
Regularly track and communicate eCommerce sales performance across retailers, and represent eCommerce within monthly/quarterly business reviews, and annual sales planning process. Perform in-depth analysis of sales and profit components, including digital merchandising, promotional and supply chain opportunities.
